1. Where are you based?
Im based in Sidcup, Kent
2. Is there parking?
There is usually always ample free parking outside, but also if a space is free on the driveway you are welome to park there or across the driveway.
3. How can I pay?
We accept bank transfer or card payment
4. Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Some treatments require a consultation before treatment to discuss medical history, suitability, expectations, a patche test and aftercare advice.
5. Are treatments suitable during pregnancy?
Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please contact us before booking so we can advise you safely.
6. Is a patch test required?
Certain treatments, including laser treatments, Lash lifts, Tints and Brow Laminations require a patch test at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
7. What should I do before my appointment?
Pre-treatment advice varies depending on the service, but generally we recommend arriving with clean skin and avoiding active skincare products, sunbeds, or fake tan beforehand.
8. What aftercare will I need to follow?
Aftercare instructions will be explained during your appointment and emailed to you where necessary, they tailored to your treatment to help achieve the best results possible.
9. How do I know which treatment is right for me?

10. Do you offer treatment packages?
Yes, package options may be available for selected treatments. Please get in touch for current pricing and offers.
11. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments.
12. How can I book an appointment?

Electrolysis FAQs
1. What is electrolysis?
Electrolysis is a permanent hair removal treatment that uses a tiny probe and electrical current to target the hair follicle and prevent future hair growth.
2. Is electrolysis permanent?
Yes. Electrolysis is the only FDA-recognised method of permanent hair removal when treatments are completed as recommended.
3. Does electrolysis hurt?
Most clients describe the sensation as a small heat or pinprick feeling. Sensitivity varies depending on the treatment area and individual tolerance.
4. How many sessions will I need?
This depends on the area being treated, hair growth cycle, and previous hair removal methods. A course of treatments is usually needed for best results.
5. Can electrolysis treat all hair colours?
Yes. Unlike laser hair removal, electrolysis can treat blonde, grey, red, and white hairs effectively.
6. Is there any downtime after treatment?
You may experience slight redness or sensitivity for a few hours after treatment, but most clients return to normal activities straight away.
7.How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please avoid waxing, threading, or tweezing before treatment, as the hair follicle needs to be present. Stay hydrated and avoid excessive caffeine beforehand if possible.

1. How does laser hair removal work?
Laser hair removal uses concentrated light energy to target the pigment within the hair follicle, helping to reduce future hair growth.
2. Is laser hair removal permanent?
Laser hair removal provides long-term hair reduction. Maintenance sessions may be needed over time depending on hormonal changes and hair growth.
3. How many treatments will I need?
Most clients require a course of 8-12 sessions spaced several weeks apart for optimal results depending on the area
4. Does laser hair removal hurt?
Most people describe the sensation as a quick warm snap against the skin. The laser system we use are designed to keep treatments as comfortable as possible and virtually painfree.
5.Can laser hair removal be used on all skin types?
Not all lasers can, but the SmartDiode can many treat all skin tones, including a fitzpatrick scale 6 - so both Balck and Asian skin types. A consultation and patch test will always be carried out first to ensure safe treatment.
6. What areas can be treated?
Popular treatment areas include the face, underarms, legs, bikini area, back, chest, and arms.
7. What should I avoid before and after treatment?
Avoid sun exposure, fake tan, waxing, and active skincare products before treatment. Aftercare advice will be provided at your appointment.
Cryotherapy FAQs
1. What is cryotherapy?
Cryotherapy is a treatment that uses extreme cold to safely remove or reduce certain skin imperfections such as skin tags, age spots, verrucas, and other benign lesions.
2. Is cryotherapy safe?
Yes, cryotherapy is a safe and widely used treatment when performed by a trained professional.
3. Does cryotherapy hurt?
You may feel a brief cold or stinging sensation during treatment, but discomfort is usually minimal and short-lived.
4. How long does treatment take?
Most treatments are very quick and can often be completed within a few minutes depending on the area being treated.
5. Will I need more than one session?

6. Is there any downtime?
The treated area may appear red or form a small blister or scab as it heals. Healing times vary depending on the treatment area and skin type.
Who is suitable for cryotherapy?
Most healthy adults are suitable candidates, but a consultation will be carried out beforehand to ensure treatment is appropriate for you. Children can be treated for veruccas and warts with parental consent - please get in touch for further advice and information.

No. The hair will grow back exactly the same colour and texture as before treatment.
4. Is dermaplaning painful?
No, dermaplaning is a painless treatment. Most clients describe it as relaxing and comfortable.
5. Is there any downtime after treatment?
There is little to no downtime. Your skin may appear slightly pink immediately after treatment, but this usually settles quickly.
6. How often should I have dermaplaning?
